Another company installed new Commercial faucet on stainless sink. They noticed it was leaking from the back. Resealed the 90's on the back of the faucet. Also the drain lines running into the grease trap was clogged at the grease trap. I snaked the line from the grease trap up and cleared (edited)
Customer had 150 psi at the tankless. Found a prv in front yard in box and when i asked about a whole house shutoff off there was another prv inside the home. I replaced the one inside the home and wile I was working on that he dug up the one in the yard. I then eliminated the one in the yard.

I was called to a home to address a backup in the exterior grate drain, which led to water intrusion under the garage door. Upon inspection, I found the drain filled with mud and debris. I recommended hydrojetting and a camera inspection to thoroughly clear the line and identify where it discharges. With Oreo's help, we brought a jetter to the site and began the cleaning process. Initial jetting was challenging, so I switched from a basic jetter head to a Warthog head, which allowed me to progress about 10 feet further. After clearing the line in both directions, I worked on the presumed discharge line, reaching about 50 feet, where I encountered what seemed to be a French drain, as no discharge outlet was visible on the property. Following the jetting, we checked for a daylight discharge near a stream behind the house, where other drains discharge, but found no visible outlet for this line. We achieved a good flow and completed the area cleanup. I discussed options for further in

Returned for scope of work. Dug up old cast iron and clay pipe out about 6’. Found pipe to have settled and the bell end of clay was broken off. I made a nice cut on the cast iron and just past the break on the clay. Replaced in between with 4” pipe with a new clean out on the north side of house. Bedded the new pipe with gravel and back filled. The rest of the sewer out to the city main is still all old clay.
