I replaced the sewer ejector pump in a customer's home. The pump was old and needed to be replaced to prevent further issues. I removed the old pump and installed a new one, ensuring that it was properly connected and functioning correctly.
I was called to repair a leaking toilet at a home. I arrived at the scene and found that the toilet was leaking from the tank. I removed the tank and replaced the flapper valve, which solved the problem. The homeowner was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
Arrived to find lavatory faucet leaking from the spout. Customer had two double-handle chrome faucets in the bathroom. Discussed cartridge replacement versus full faucet replacement.
