I arrived at a home to find a mainline clogged with soft pack from the septic tank to under the house. The septic tank was overfilled, and the outlet baffle was rotting away. I pumped the tank and hydrojetted the drainfield line and line to the house. I found a belly between the house and the tank, and the septic tank lid was cracked in half. I ran a garden hose to the drainfield for 15 minutes without any backflow to the tank. I recommended replacing the line to the tank, replacing the lid, and adding a screen baffle to protect the drain field. not a permanent fix.

I was able to make adjustments to the faucet to ensure it would stay tight. I replaced the fill valve and flapper on the toilet due to it running constantly. I also replaced a 4" pvc fitting from the storm drain that they hit while digging a trench in the back yard. I replaced it with 4" abs.

I repaired a water leak in a commercial business. I found the leak and repaired it by replacing the damaged pipe.

Arrived to find the water softener in bypass mode displaying an E1 error. Customer stated the error appeared in October, and he bypassed the unit at that time, hoping to restore it now. Water heater is 19 years old with polybutylene supply lines. Water quality from the heater was poor. Customer was informed of these issues. No further work needed at this time.

I was called to repair a well pump that was not producing enough water pressure and was cycling on and off. After inspecting the pump, I found that the impeller was damaged and needed to be replaced. I replaced the impeller and tested the pump to ensure it was working properly. The customer was happy with the results and thanked me for my help.
