I repaired an electric baseboard heating system with a complete electrical overhaul.
I was hired to replace the sewer line for a customer. I had to dig up the old line and replace it with a new one. It was a lot of hard work, but I made sure everything was done right.
I was called to repair a toilet that was leaking. I found that the bolts were rotten and needed to be replaced. I replaced the bolts and the toilet was working properly again.

Arrived to find storm drain backed up. House is new construction; soft pack expected. Discussed concerns and presented options for drain cleaning. Customer selected the band-aid approach. Snaked 75 feet through storm drain to storm reservoir, but flow was not achieved. Attempted blow bag, but customer's 22 psi water pressure was insufficient for pressurization. Neighbors reported similarly low pressure, with one at 35 psi—enough to pressurize the blow bag but not to clear debris. Advised customer to install a booster pump to enable jetting the drain. No further work performed.

The customer needed an old gas line, previously used for a fireplace, capped off as they were planning to make changes to the wall where the fireplace was located. I presented options, and the customer decided to go with the Band-Aid solution. After completing the necessary paperwork, I turned off the gas outside and removed a piece of framing to access the gas line. I carefully removed each section of the line through the studs until I reached a 1x½-inch T, which I plugged with a ½-inch plug. Once the gas was back on, I thoroughly tested for leaks and performance. I also went around the house to ensure all gas appliances were functioning properly. After confirming everything was in order, I completed my job report. No further work was performed.
