The edition on the home is built over the sewer line. The contractor decided to punch a hole in the top of the concrete tile and stick the abs into it. We will be digging back and installing a wye and properly tying in the new plumbing. Return trip Jan 21 with helper.

Remodel in process. Removed the toilet and relocated the water heater so the next phase of the project could continue!
I went back to the customer's house to fix a problem with their water heater. I discovered that the water was not heating up as it should, and the shower was producing tepid water. I also noticed that one toilet was taking over 15 minutes to fill, while other fixtures had no significant flow issues. I replaced the water heater and the shower head, and the customer was happy with the results.

Called out due to urinal not flushing. I rebuilt the urinal and noticed it was taking a bit longer than usual to stop so I checked water pressure. With the high water pressure it's not working as designed. I also found a valve under the bathroom sink that someone was trying to cut pressure down to the urinal.
I cleaned the tub, ran the dishwasher, and flushed the toilet. I told her it might take more to get rid of the smell, but it's better now. I fixed the toilet handle, and the warranty is covering it.
Replaced inducer fan and gasket,flame sensor Ignitor. Tested all good customers furnace filter in attic is 18x24x2 our previous records indicate wrong size filter in garage is electronic. She is going to get some carbon monoxide detectors for her home as she has none.
