I recently replaced an old, worn-out outside faucet for a homeowner and also repaired a small copper water line leak. The new faucet was installed quickly and efficiently, and the water line leak was fixed with great care and attention to detail. The customer was very pleased with the results and the job was completed to their satisfaction.
I removed some dripping piping no longer in service from the mechanical room and capped it off in the crawl. I installed a pressure reducing valve in the crawl. I dug up a waterline in the yard and replaced a handyman repair and cut out flattened copper and replaced it with PEX. I installed an escutcheon in the guest bath and sealed floor penetrations.
I arrived at a shower valve job where the customer's head parts were not correct. I had to go to page 2 to find the correct parts. I was able to find them locally and complete the job. Myrna will handle the payment processing. I paused the job and am ready to close it out.
I recently completed a job repairing a main water line leak. I first tested the water to determine the source of the leak. Once I found the leak, I dug up the area around the leak and repaired the pipe. I then tested the water again to ensure the leak was fixed. Finally, I cleaned up the area.
I recently completed a job at a customer's home where they were experiencing low water pressure. After checking the water pressure, I discovered that the vacuum breaker on the hose bib was malfunctioning. I recommended installing a pressure reducing valve (PRV) to solve the problem. The customer chose a bandaid PRV installation and I went to the shop to get the necessary equipment. Upon my return, I installed the new PRV and removed the old one. After restoring water pressure to the home, I adjusted the pressure to 65 psi and found no leaks.
I was called to a home to check the well pump. Upon arrival, I found that there was no power to the well pump. I checked the breaker and found that it had tripped. I reset the breaker and tested the well pump, which now had power. No further work was performed at this time.
I returned to a customer's home to perform jetting as discussed. I decided to leave the piping as is for now. This time, the kitchen and lavatory, which are back to back, were backing up. I removed both traps and sent the jetter hose down. I had to clamp it down and place a bucket underneath to safely get the jetter going, as it was tough at a certain point to advance the jetter. I ran the jetter down the tailpiece in the kitchen sink and after a couple of feet, I got it to take water. I could feel the equipment but through some kind of blockage. Once I got the drain to take high-pressure water, I ran it a couple of times to make sure it gets cleaned out. Once I jetted the kitchen sink, I removed the lavatory trap and ran the jetter on that side of the wall just for good measure. Both sides were taking water. I ran both faucets simultaneously f
I arrived at the customer's home to install a lavatory sink and faucet. I turned off the water to the home and drained the system. I replaced the cutoffs under the sink and turned the water back on. I installed the faucet, sink, pop-up, supply lines, and p-trap. I performed performance and safety testing. The customer had additional issues with two leaking hose bibbs. I discussed the concerns and presented options for replacement. The customer chose to replace the hose bibbs. I turned off the water and drained the system. I cut out one hose bibb and removed the solder from the other. I replaced the hose bibbs and turned the water back on. I performed performance and safety testing. No further work was required.
I replaced a toilet with a new toto drake, installed new wax rings and bolts, and replaced two toilet angle stops in each upstairs bathroom. I repaired a leaking section of piping in the area where I did demo the week before and installed a new 3/4 caleffi prv with a new 3/4 shutoff valve. I tested for leaks and performance, and everything was working well with no leaks.
I recently completed a job as a highly skilled HVAC contractor to clear out a clogged basement drain. I used my expertise to identify the problem, use specialized tools to clear the blockage, and ensure the drain was functioning properly. The customer was thrilled with the results and expressed gratitude for my professionalism and attention to detail.
I recently completed a home service job where I diagnosed, tested, and provided options for repairing a well pump's electrical system. I assessed the problem, identified the necessary components, and made recommendations for repairs or replacements. I also provided information on maintaining well pumps and troubleshooting common issues.
Return trip to a customer's house due to high water pressure. It was first noticed after we installed a new main water line from the meter to the crawl space. Cut out a small section of copper right after the PEX we installed. Installed a pressure reducing valve (prv) due to the customer not having one previously on her home. Got the new one all pressed in and set the pressure to around 68psi. Performance and safety testing and leak detection completed.
I came back to install an BN escutcheon plate. I discussed concerns with the customer and showed options. The customer upgraded to the bronze option. I replaced the chrome escutcheon plate, tub spout/diverter, shower arm, shower arm escutcheon, and shower head with new BN pieces. I performed performance and safety testing to ensure the diverter was properly sending water to the shower head.
I was called to a customer's house to remove a small toy that was lodged inside the toilet. After assessing the situation, I decided to use an auger, which is a specialized tool that dislodges clogs. After using the auger, I was able to remove the toy from the toilet. I then tested the toilet to ensure it was functioning properly with and without toilet paper, and it successfully flushed every time.
I recently completed a job in which I used hydro jetting and a small repipe to replace a clogged drain line that was made of bad galvinized material. This method was used to clear the drain line of any debris or buildup and to replace the old pipe with a new one made of PVC. This job was completed successfully and the customer was very pleased with the results.
I was hired to replace a wall mounted toilet in a bathroom. I had to change the scope of work to use a different type of gasket. I also had to get new bolts to fit the new gasket. I will be returning tomorrow to clean up the threads on the toilet mounting flange.
I recently completed a job repairing a gas water heater, replacing a copper water line, and performing a full inspection and safety check. I assessed the water heater's functionality, checked for any leaks or corrosion, and made necessary repairs. I also replaced the old copper water line with a new one, ensuring it was properly installed and secured. Finally, I conducted a thorough inspection of the entire plumbing system, checking for any signs of wear and tear, damage, or potential hazards.
I recently completed a job at a client's home in La Vergne, Tennessee. The client had a clogged main line in their basement. I used a sewer snake to clear the clog through the clean-out. I checked all the drains in the house and completed a full safety inspection and testing of the drain lines.

The customer was pleased with the results and the job was completed efficiently and effectively.
I recently completed a job at a house where the homeowner reported a clogged toilet. After inspecting the issue, I found that the sanitary seal had failed, causing the drain cleaning to be ineffective.
